We are seeking a highly skilled Monetization Manager to join our team at TapNation, a leading Mobile Gaming publisher. As a key member of our international and creative team, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of new technologies to deliver successful and entertaining gaming experiences to players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven monetization strategies to increase Average Revenue Per Daily Active users and Lifetime Value across our portfolio of 20+ games.
- Collaborate with our Ad revenue & IAP optimization team to optimize ad formats, bidding strategies, and IAP pricing to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with our Product & Publishing teams to create and test new monetization strategies that will unlock incremental LTV improvements.
- Drive IAP experiments and analysis to grow IAP revenue for Tapnation's casual titles, including country pricing segmentation, user profiling, and custom pricing.
- Present your Monetization actions, work, and performances on a weekly team meeting, and monthly report.
- 2+ years of experience in Monetization, in gaming preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in data analytics language is a plus: Python, SQL.
- Complete fluency in English, both written and orally.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business or Engineering.
