We are 2K, a leading video game publisher committed to delivering high-quality gaming experiences to our global audience.

You will work closely with product managers, game designers, data analysts, and marketing teams to create and refine monetization models that enhance player engagement and satisfaction.

Develop and execute comprehensive monetization strategies for our video games, focusing on in-game purchases, subscriptions, and other revenue streams.

Understand and analyze player behavior throughout different stages of the customer lifecycle to create tailored monetization solutions that enhance player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Use data analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of monetization initiatives, including in-game economy, pricing models, and promotional events.

Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions to increase revenue.

Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different monetization tactics and strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging monetization techniques to ensure our games remain competitive and innovative.

  • Use data analytics to monitor and optimize monetization initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Game Design, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in monetization, game operations, or product management within the video game industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Genuine passion for video games and a deep understanding of player motivations and behavior
