Missions:

  • Provide personalized customer service, including information on hotel services, activities, and local attractions.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including arrivals and departures, payments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and services.
  • Process reservations and prepare for guest arrivals.
