Are you an experienced professional with a strong focus on international mobility and talent management?
Within the Group HR framework, you will be part of the International Mobility Solutions team, responsible for crafting and executing our International Mobility strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing our global talent management initiatives and ensuring seamless international transitions across various Group entities.
Key Responsibilities :
International Mobility Policy: Assist in the development and implementation of the International Mobility strategy, incorporating innovative solutions and best practices to meet business needs. Entity Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for entities, building strong relationships to understand their talent strategies and business challenges, while ensuring alignment with the ONE AXA approach. Expert Advisory: Provide expert guidance on complex mobility cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Legal, and Finance teams. Talent Management: Analyze and report on international mobility trends to support talent management initiatives in coordination with Group HR. Provider Management: Oversee relationships with service providers and manage transversal processes and ad hoc projects. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the International Mobility team. Candidate ProfileA minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in Rewards or International Mobility, within a global context. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge in social security, immigration, tax, and labor law. Proven ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. About AXA
