We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in France. As a consultative sales professional, you will drive revenue growth, attract new business, and retain our current customers by aligning their goals with innovative Genesys solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and align them with Genesys solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales campaigns.
  • Guide strategic initiatives and provide industry best practices.
  • Retain customers and expand through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and foster teamwork.
Requirements
  • ~8+ years of professional sales experience.
  • ~ Proven success in selling cloud customer engagement solutions (CCaaS/SaaS).
  • ~ Excellent listening, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • ~ Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • ~ Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills.
