We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at SFAM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
