Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Analyst and Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Architectural Projects team at Cartier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital solutions to share information with our diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our offices database, including office characteristics, lease conditions, and capital expenditures.
- Understand internal customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and improve our data-visualization solution with aggregated and detailed views, qualitative and quantitative information.
- Animate our Office projects portal to share information with our different audiences, including WW Project Id Cards, forms to collect data, and a collaborative space with Richemont Real Estate.
- Provide operational support to the team in various projects and presentations.
- Monitor relevant open-source information on key players in the field and share summary reports on workplace strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- Experience in an analyst role, including database design and dashboard development (PowerBI).
- Extensive experience with the MS Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
