Director's Office Coordinator

The OECD is seeking a Director's Office Coordinator to work in the EDU Director's Front Office. The selected candidate will coordinate inputs from across the Directorate for a broad range of requests from the Front Office and EDU Management group.

The Director's Office Coordinator will actively work to support cross-directorate collaboration, in particular with the development of the biannual Programme of Work and Budget (PWB) for education and skills. The candidate will participate actively in on-going processes to improve horizontal work and co-ordination within the Directorate and its link with the rest of the Organisation.

The Director's Office Coordinator will work with the Senior Counsellor to prepare and analyse outcomes from the EDPC and CERI priority rating exercises. The candidate will also support the Senior Counsellor to plan and deliver meetings and activities under the responsibility of the Front Office.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced university degree in economics, social, public policy or political sciences, international relations, education, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an international organisation, a national administration, university, research center or consultancy in EDU's area of work is required.

The Director's Office Coordinator will demonstrate analytical skills, as well as the ability to organise and to summarise complex material, encompassing empirical data. The candidate will also have excellent coordination and organisational skills in planning, managing, organising and archiving information using different project management tools.

The OECD offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a contract duration of approximately 88 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
