Position Overview:

  • Develop, document, and enhance OneHR workflows
  • Ensure adherence of HR workflows to internal Group regulations
  • Work in partnership with global Training & Communication and IT departments to pinpoint and rectify workflow challenges
  • Identify areas for workflow enhancement and suggest improvements
  • Oversee SAP Success Factors transformation and development initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders engaged in the OneHR initiative
  • Deliver training and assistance to primary OneHR users
  • Provide functional support to OneHR users
  • Address evolution requests and incidents pertaining to OneHR workflows
  • Offer ongoing user change management assistance
  • Document and communicate all OneHR workflows
  • Leverage user feedback for workflow enhancement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in a comparable position

Familiarity with an HRIS tool such as SAP Success Factors is advantageous

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and coordinate cross-functional groups
