Innoha, a leading procurement consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Software Asset Manager to join our team. As a Software Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to Software Asset Management (SAM) for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Define a roadmap to anticipate software renewals and savings opportunities.
- Supervise the correct use of software through a deep understanding of the mechanisms to anticipate legal and compliance risks.
- Manage declarations, inventories/measures, and reservations using market tools.
- Manage demand to optimize software usage and volume changes.
- Implement remediation plans if necessary.
- Manage software provider license portals.
- Coordinate stakeholders to define new needs and prepare renewals.
- Good knowledge of distributed technical architectures: Windows/Linux systems, databases, virtualization solutions, cloud environments.
- Practice with a SAM market tool (Aspera, Snow, Flexera, etc.) and/or a discovery/inventory tool (BigFix, SCCM, Vrops, HyperV, Splunk, etc.) is an asset.
- Ability to search and analyze documentation of a legal, technical, and financial nature.
