About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior International Legal Counsel to join our team at Darco International Inc. as part of our IDEMIA Smart Identity (ISI) Division. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert legal and contractual support to our business segments, contributing to achieving our targets and driving business growth, profitability, and risk control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate contracts with ISI customers and partners, including direct sales, RFPs, non-disclosure agreements, licenses, and other types of contracts.
- Contract Execution: Provide advice during contract execution, analyzing contract requirements and provisions, and identifying potential legal issues that may impact the business.
- Legal Support: Secure proper approval on legal issues, critical financial, technical, and business terms in contracts, and support the implementation of remedial actions, including claims and settlements.
What You'll Contribute:
As a Senior International Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting our business segments and contributing to our mission of creating a safer world.
