About the Role

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with small-sized companies. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue for HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers and develop effective marketing solutions to address them.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities and drive them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to stay up-to-date on new features and products, and evolve our sales strategy accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of HubSpot's mission and vision by sharing your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
  • A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach to achieving them.
