Strategic Account Executive

As a Strategic Account Executive - Small and Medium Sized Business at Lepaya, you will play a key role in our mission to revolutionize the world of learning and development. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with our clients, positioning Lepaya as the go-to thought leader in upskilling solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new small and medium sized customers
- Manage and grow your own book of business, with a target of 1-2M EUR in revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and L&D professionals, including L&D Managers, HR Managers, and CHROs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high impact and overall satisfaction
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Lepaya's services to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our product roadmap aligns with market needs and trends
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the Sales Manager
