Digital Sales Representative with French

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative with French language skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates, becoming an expert on Zendesk products, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
- Become an expert on Zendesk products and articulate their value to informed buyers
- Be the voice of our customers, understand their needs, and make them champions
- Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Native/near native French speaker with excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market
- 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution against a task
- Available to work 3 times per week in the office in a designated location
