About the Role

BIO3G is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute sales calls and meetings with existing and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
