About the Role
The Transformation Director will play a key role in driving Veolia's strategic evolution, contributing to the company's transformation efforts and ensuring the successful integration of new entities. This role will require strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate, pilot, and coordinate the HR aspects of Veolia's transformation projects, ensuring a smooth integration of new entities.
- Support the M&A teams on acquisition projects, focusing on social and change management aspects.
- Manage the HR scope of the Veolia headquarters, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic HR advice to the Veolia Group's HR Director, focusing on social relations and annual negotiations.
- Support the regional HR directors on social relations, collective agreements, and complex litigation cases.
Requirements
- A degree in HR or social law, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, including project management and transformation experience.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel occasionally (30-50% of the time).
