Volvo Financial Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and success of our financial solutions for clients across various markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Streamline commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency within our organization.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales managers, ensuring smooth customer file management and timely completion of essential tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with both field and office-based sales teams, assisting them with a range of administrative duties and contributing to their overall success.
  • Establish and manage a dedicated commercial helpdesk for our extensive network, providing prompt and effective support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Foster strong collaboration between field and back-office teams, promoting seamless communication and information sharing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer files required for leasing approvals, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
  • Compile and analyze sales reports in close coordination with Business Development and Finance departments, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to commercial inquiries from our network of clients and partners.
  • Coordinate state aid for electromobility initiatives with clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Occasionally accompany regional sales managers during customer meetings, providing valuable support and contributing to successful client interactions.

Your Profile:

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management abilities.
  • A proactive and curious individual with a strong commercial mindset and a desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluency in English is highly desirable.
