Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique et passionnée de Uptoo, spécialisée dans les commerciaux et managers commerciaux en France. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chargé(e) de Développement Commercial BtoB pour développer le portefeuille de clients et de prospects en proposant des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée dans les domaines de l'impression et de la dématérialisation.

Responsabilités
  • Développer activement le portefeuille de clients qui vous est attribué en apportant des réponses adaptées à leurs enjeux.
  • Prospectez et acquérir de nouveau clients par une démarche multicanal en proposant une offre complète de solutions innovantes et attractives (solutions d'impression et de dématérialisation).
  • Présenter vos offres commerciales en tant que solutions complètes et gérer l'ensemble du processus de vente.
  • Mettre en oeuvre des plans d'actions commerciales et de communication, tout en apportant vos idées et initiatives.
Compétences requises
  • Formation Bac+2 en école de commerce.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation, particulièrement dans l'univers BtoB.
  • Fort tempérament commercial avec une aisance relationnelle et une posture conseil.
  • Capacité à relever des défis tout en apportant de la valeur ajoutée aux clients.
  • Aptitude à travailler au coeur de l'action.
Conditions
  • Salaire selon profil. Fixe + variable (Package entre 38 et 55K)
  • Période d'intégration de 4 mois.
  • Semaine 4.5 jours
  • Tickets restaurant
  • Ordinateur, Mobile
  • Prise en charge des frais de déplacement ou véhicule de société.
