As a Lead Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the legal aspects of our operations, ensuring that potential legal risks are effectively managed. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal processes, drafting legal agreements, and providing essential regulatory and legal guidance pertinent to our business activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer legal support for the operations of Balcia's governing bodies.
- Facilitate and manage legal communications with state supervisory authorities and other governmental entities.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including letters, submissions, powers of attorney, and applications.
- Review, analyze, and refine contracts, advising on optimal contract strategies.
- Engage in the development of documents and procedures, creating guidelines and policies to ensure legal compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate on business, contractual, financial, and other issues, participating in both local and international projects that support the company's growth.
- Provide legal counsel to employees on matters within your expertise.

Qualifications:- Professional qualification as a lawyer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant legal roles.
- Strong legal expertise in the finance sector, particularly within the insurance domain.
- Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.
- Knowledge of legal regulations governing insurance services, corporate law, employment law, and other relevant legal areas.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Latvian and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
