Capijobnew is seeking an experienced Associate Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Competency Center, you will be responsible for managing budgets, projects, and people to ensure the Finance business requirements and strategy are aligned and supported by a clear roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage budgets, projects, and people to ensure the Finance business requirements and strategy are aligned and supported by a clear roadmap.
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement and development plan for the Group Finance Analytics platform.
- Lead the Reporting Factory team and ensure effective management of the team, including internal and external consultants.
- Ensure Business as Usual relevancy and continuous delivery for any Finance Analytics solution, evolutions, and user support with high-quality service.
- Project Management in a highly challenging context is key.
- Ownership of the Finance Analytics platform requiring key SAP Analytics technology knowledge.
- Strong experience in SAP project management, especially around Analytics or Reporting.
- Expertise on managing Analytics in a SCOR Finance like context is a plus.
- Proven project management skills for tools, projects, and business reporting topics.
- Management of teams, especially with multi-location teams (global and cross-cultural environment).
- Technologies oriented and SAP oriented, with a constant look at innovation and business value drivers.
- Ability to communicate and write in French and English (German is a nice to have).
