Job Description
As the Deputy Chief of Consumer Movement and Mediation Bureau, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic direction related to consumer protection. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing Consumer Institutions: Provide leadership and guidance to national consumer institutions, ensuring their effective operation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Consumer Defense Association Review: Collaborate with the Ministry of Justice to review and approve applications for consumer defense associations, upholding rigorous standards for membership.
- Strengthening Consumer Advocacy Networks: Foster robust relationships with consumer associations, facilitating their collaboration and providing support for their initiatives.
- National Consumer Council Leadership: Guide the National Consumer Council, fostering constructive dialogue among stakeholders and proposing innovative solutions to address consumer concerns.
- Modernizing Consumer Movements: Champion the modernization of consumer movements, exploring new strategies and technologies to enhance their impact and reach.
As Secretary General of the National Consumer Council, you will collaborate closely with the Bureau Chief to coordinate discussions on consumer-related issues among diverse stakeholders. This includes managing council meetings, facilitating communication within the organization, and ensuring a cohesive approach to addressing consumer concerns.
You will also contribute significantly to the economic recovery plan for the National Consumer Institute, leveraging your expertise to guide its implementation and ensure its success.
This role involves supervising a team of two Category A agents and five Category B agents, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional development.
