Job Summary

As a Global Electric Vehicle Sales and Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy forward. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase sales revenue, expand our customer base, and improve operational efficiency.

Fleet Sales Strategy

We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and marketing to develop a comprehensive fleet sales strategy. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and creating targeted campaigns to reach them.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on the market to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Segment Targeting: Prioritize target industries based on their EV adoption readiness.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' fleet solutions, incentives, and support to create competitive offers.

You will work closely with our team to build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, establishing partnerships, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Long-term Rental Strategy/Subscription Leasing

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute a long-term rental strategy/subscription leasing model. This will involve designing flexible leasing options, competitive pricing, and feature packages to cater to different customer needs.

  • Flexible Leasing Solutions: Design subscription-based leasing options that allow customers to lease EVs on flexible terms.
  • Competitive Pricing: Set competitive pricing based on market research, making it attractive to customers hesitant about long-term EV commitment.
  • Feature Packages: Create tiered packages with options like mileage limits, maintenance, insurance, and charging solutions.
Export/GTM Sales Operations

We are expanding our operations into new markets and need someone with expertise in export/GTM sales operations to lead this effort. You will be responsible for researching target markets, developing sales strategies, and building partnerships with local players.

  • Market Research: Identify regions with strong EV adoption potential based on infrastructure, government incentives, and consumer interest.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Choose between distribution channels, direct sales, or dealerships, and set competitive pricing based on market conditions.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements, and establish efficient warehousing and distribution channels.

This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and operational skills, as well as a passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
