Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our global business development efforts. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and achieving targets based on market conditions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of solar project development experience, preferably with an international major or reputable EPC company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies and project goals based on market analysis
- Lead the business development team and manage local market development, maintenance, and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure timely completion of targets
- Perform daily management tasks and provide support as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of solar project development experience, preferably with an international major or reputable EPC company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, civil engineering, business administration, finance, or investment
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €90,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and comparable positions in France.
