EMEA Channel Sales Director

Ceragon Networks is a global leader in wireless connectivity solutions, specializing in transport, access, and AI-powered managed & professional services.
As an EMEA Channel Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our indirect sales channels across various market segments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team for Channels and Distributors, taking direct responsibility for some Channels and Distributors not covered by their team.
- Drive indirect sales into WISPs, Resellers, and System Integrators through existing and/or new Channels and Distributors.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel & Distributor strategy to drive demand generation in non-WISP/ISP market segments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Lead the team in coordinating channel/account strategies and tactics for sales and sales support teams.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately €100,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
