Become a part of our West region team as a Regional Sales Manager (M/F) in a permanent role.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading a team of Sales Managers to meet targets and enhance their professional growth.
- Assessing training requirements and executing training initiatives.
- Spearheading new client acquisition efforts while nurturing the expansion of existing client relationships.
- Formulating a regional sales strategy: establishing objectives and ensuring comprehensive sales reporting.
- Collaborating with Key Account Management to drive cross-business development.
