Treatwell is a leading digital platform for the beauty industry, empowering salons to thrive in the digital landscape. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager B2B to join our team in Paris.

Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager B2B to acquire new salon partners and drive business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and contacting potential partners, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, and securing new partnerships for Treatwell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your geographic area, utilizing phone, internet, CRM, social networks, and direct field visits.
  • Secure appointments and autonomously manage sales through to closure.
  • Update our CRM database with relevant information, utilizing Salesforce and receiving training on this tool.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and provide field insights to enhance sales and approach techniques.
  • Analyze your performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Foster and energize the team through collaboration and teamwork.
What We Offer
  • A fixed salary of 2500 euros gross per month.
  • A commission of 1250 euros per month upon achieving 100% of your objectives, with uncapped potential for higher earnings.

Requirements
  • A mindset focused on entrepreneurship, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Initial experience in B2B field prospecting (at least one year).
  • Organizational and methodical skills, with comfort managing sales opportunities from creation to administrative closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in French.
  • Ambition and motivation to achieve goals.
  • A positive attitude and good mood.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
