Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Framatome, where we are committed to excellence in the nuclear engineering sector. Our department, situated in Lyon, comprises a dedicated group of 150 engineers engaged in various projects both domestically and internationally.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: recruitment processes, travel logistics, budget oversight, event planning, document organization, and internal communications.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and guide an intern, contributing to their professional development.To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a degree in management or business, along with relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in office software and a strong command of the English language are essential.
Key competencies for success in this role include a commitment to safety, a pursuit of excellence, and the ability to cultivate a collaborative and transparent work atmosphere.
