About the Communication & Engagement Team: Within the Group Brand, Communication, and Corporate Responsibility department of AXA, the Communication & Engagement division plays a pivotal role in fostering connections with both internal and external stakeholders to cultivate, protect, and enhance AXA's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
The Communication Project Officer will join the "Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications" team, tasked with the effective execution of the communication team's initiatives. This role involves providing strategic support and expertise to design, organize, and implement communication campaigns and significant events at the Group level.
Engagement with communication officers across the team, various entities, Group partners, and external service providers will be essential, focusing on diverse topics such as sustainability, technology and data, artificial intelligence, human resources, and business strategies.
Main Duties Include:
- Acting as the primary project manager for all digital events at the group level, overseeing content creation, script development, and technical arrangements in collaboration with external providers and technical teams.
- Coordinating AXA's participation in external events (e.g., VivaTech, Women's Forum, ChangeNOW) and managing internal corporate meetings tailored to different audiences, ensuring innovative communication methods and formats are utilized.
- Contributing to the operational execution of global communication campaigns (both internal and external) and aligning with the Group's strategic priorities.
- Providing substantial support in the creation of high-quality materials, including presentations, videos, and posters.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget, while identifying and escalating risks and issues to the project lead as necessary.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Group & Entities) to ensure that all initiatives are customized, relevant, and beneficial to users.
- Managing and challenging external providers for both physical and digital events, including agencies and technical teams.
- Assessing the impact of each project against the KPIs established by the department.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy, Procurement, and Security throughout the project lifecycle, when necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient project management and communication abilities.
- Strong capability to manage complex, cross-functional international projects.
- Expertise in organizing digital events, including technical proficiency.
- Solid understanding of corporate event management.
- Fluency in English.
Interpersonal Qualities:
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative.
- Curious and committed to continuous learning.
- Adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach.
- Empathetic and a collaborative team player.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communication or marketing within a large organization or agency.
