The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) serves as the central hub for our corporate functions, providing essential guidance and support to our subsidiaries worldwide. Join Our Team:
As part of the AXA Group Communication & Engagement team, you will be integrated into the Group Brand, Communication, and Corporate Responsibility department. The Communication & Engagement division is tasked with engaging both internal and external audiences to build, protect, and enhance AXA's reputation.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
In the capacity of a Communication Project Manager, you will lead or support various internal and external communication initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and events. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing communication strategies that align with the global communication objectives, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to create high-quality content and deploy campaigns across all entities.
- Engaging in strategic planning activities: conducting regular benchmarks and gathering insights to inform departmental initiatives, while proposing innovative formats, conferences, and events.
- Providing robust support for the management of internal and external communication projects across various domains such as HR, Business, Strategy, and Innovation.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget, while identifying and escalating risks and issues to the project lead as necessary.
- Assessing the impact of each project against the KPIs established by the department.
Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong project management and communication capabilities.
- A proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional international projects.
- Experience in large international corporations is advantageous.
- A solid understanding of corporate event management, including digital events.
- A high degree of autonomy and a proactive approach.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
