About the Communication & Engagement Team: Within the Group Brand, Communication, and Corporate Responsibility department of AXA, the Communication & Engagement division is dedicated to fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to cultivate, protect, and enhance AXA's reputation.
Key Purpose of the Role:
The "Communication Project Officer" will join the "Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications" team, tasked with ensuring the effective execution of the communication initiatives and providing essential support and expertise to design, organize, and implement communication campaigns and significant events at the Group level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary project manager for all digital events organized at the group level, overseeing content creation, script development, and technical arrangements in collaboration with external providers and technical teams.
- Coordinate AXA's participation in external events (such as VivaTech, Women's Forum, ChangeNOW) and manage internal corporate meetings and events targeting various audiences, utilizing innovative communication methods and formats.
- Engage in the operational execution of global communication campaigns (both internal and external) and corporate agendas aligned with the Group's strategic priorities.
- Provide strong support to the team in creating high-quality materials, including presentations, videos, and posters.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget, while reporting and escalating risks and issues to the campaign/project lead as necessary.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders (Group & Entities) to ensure all initiatives are tailored, relevant, and beneficial to users.
- Assist in managing and challenging external providers for both physical and digital events, including agencies and technical teams.
- Contribute to assessing the impact of each project against the KPIs established by the department.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy, Procurement, and Security throughout the project lifecycle, as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Strong project management and communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional international projects.
- Expertise in organizing digital events, including technical proficiency.
- Solid understanding of corporate event management.
- Excellent command of English.

- Self-sufficient with a strong initiative.
- Curious with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communication or marketing within a large organization or agency.
