SAP Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Management Expert to join our Data Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of data from conception to migration, integrated approach of data for any kind of Master Data.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Master data domain "Product owners" in the definition of business needs and translate them into specifications for development/improvement of IT applications.
- Deliver functional specifications of applications using our IT skills.
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
- Customize/configure the S/4 Business Partner, prepare functional tests, and endorse responsibility for validating developments before application roll out.
- Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients, providing regular updates on developments and improvements.
- Participate and deploy change management activities, accompanying end users and providing training.
- Provide support on escalated maintenance issues to the Service Delivery teams.
- Act as a proactive Business Partner, with a "big picture" understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes, and roles.
- Decode and influence, clarifying and simplifying technical concepts/solutions to facilitate action and decision making by product owner.
- Act with strong transversal management skills, bringing an end-to-end vision of the ecosystem of stakeholders.
- Facilitate knowledge management and expertise transmission, rapidly acquiring new knowledge on delivered IT solutions and keeping teams updated on enhancements in his/her field.
After completing this position, you may consider moving to Business Intelligence, S/4 environments (run, roll-out), or Project Management (Data Migration for instance).
