SAP Master Data Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Management Expert to join our Data Tribe and contribute to the success of our NEO program.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Master Data domain Product Owners in defining business needs and translating them into specifications for development and improvement of IT applications.
- Deliver functional specifications of applications using our IT skills.
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on domain processes.
- Customize and configure the S/4 Business Partner, prepare functional tests, and endorse responsibility for validating developments before application rollout.
- Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients, providing regular updates on developments and improvements.
- Participate in and deploy change management activities, accompanying end-users and providing training.
- Provide support on escalated maintenance issues to the Service Delivery teams.
- Act as a proactive Business Partner, with a "big picture" understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes, and roles.
- Decode and influence, clarifying and simplifying technical concepts and solutions to facilitate action and decision-making by Product Owners.
- Act with strong transversal management skills, bringing an end-to-end vision of the ecosystem of stakeholders, managing efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors.
- Facilitate knowledge management and expertise transmission, rapidly acquiring new knowledge on delivered IT solutions and keeping teams updated on enhancements in their field.
The NEO program is a major Group-wide program decided by the Executive Committee, aiming to create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, countries, zones, and divisions.
By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer-centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams.
Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance by leveraging our data and helping transform L'Oréal into a "smart company".
Today, the NEO Program is at a turning point, shifting from a "design & build & pilots mode" (phase 1) to a "rollout mode" (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L'Oréal entities.
To support this second phase of the project, the Data Tribe is at the heart, ensuring quality of Data from conception to migration, and integrated approach of data for any kind of Master Data.
