We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client, a leading UK-based manufacturing company, on a contract to hire or contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify areas where Salesforce can deliver improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the change management process, including training end-users and creating documentation for new features and processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and integration capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
