Drive Growth and Innovation at Salesforce

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Leader to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. as a trusted advisor to the CEO of France. This critical role will drive profitable growth at scale, partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic business priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term GTM strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Strategy Business Partners and Analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Own complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with limited supervision
  • Lead the governance in France, including forecasting, QBRs, and other business reviews

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations within a high-growth SaaS company or equivalent experience in a management consulting firm
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment
  • Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
  • Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles
  • Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
