Job Overview
Position Summary:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Dynatrace, you will play a pivotal role within the Dynatrace sales organization, providing exceptional technical assistance to our sales team, prospects, and existing clients. You will serve as the authority on the Dynatrace platform and all aspects of Observability. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering impactful demonstrations that showcase Dynatrace's innovative solutions to address customer challenges, managing and executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) both remotely and on-site, fostering strong relationships with Dynatrace's clientele, and completing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Collaboration will be key as you work alongside various teams, including Dynatrace's innovation labs, ACE Services consultants, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and marketing.

About You:
To thrive as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Dynatrace, you should be an ambitious, confident, and self-driven professional with prior experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role. A passion for cutting-edge technology, technical sales, and effectively communicating value to clients and prospects is essential. Additionally, we seek candidates who possess:
- A few years of experience supporting sales teams in pre-sales roles, demonstrating a history of contributing to sales achievements.
- Strong teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating across various disciplines.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate technical value into business benefits.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of web technologies and SQL.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues to achieve effective outcomes and managing the resolution process.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with various sales personnel and supporting fellow Solutions Engineers as needed.
- A strong desire for professional growth, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and French.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge of technologies and methodologies related to Observability.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, Dojo, and AngularJS.
- Experience with Java technologies, including Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web Services, EJB, and JMS.
- Exposure to Cloud and Big Data technologies.
