Sephora is seeking a talented Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global HR Digital team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving digital innovation and change management initiatives.

About the Role

The Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance the user experience of our employees and candidates
  • Developing and executing change management plans to support the implementation of new digital solutions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of digital solutions and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and change management
  • Strong understanding of HR digital solutions and their impact on employee experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
