Sephora, a leading beauty and cosmetics company, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Innovation and Change Manager to join its Global HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and innovation across the organization.

About the Opportunity

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance the user experience of Sephora's employees and candidates. You will work closely with the Global VP HR Digital and other domain leaders to assess and enhance the digital experience of users across various solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring user satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
  • Designing and implementing digital solutions to simplify user journeys and improve accessibility
  • Monitoring new technologies and implementing AI to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Developing communication and training plans to ensure user adoption and understanding
