Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across our organization, while ensuring a seamless user experience for our employees and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Experience Management: Measure and improve the satisfaction of users of our LVMH Group and Sephora Global solutions, working closely with HR Digital domain leaders to design enhanced user journeys and implement AI-powered solutions.
- Change Management: Develop and implement communication and training plans for our implementation projects and live solutions, ensuring our users are equipped to effectively use our apps.
- Digital Innovation: Monitor and propose the adoption of new technologies and AI solutions across our platforms, in collaboration with our IT and Digital partners.
- Sephora HR Digital Promotion: Track and promote our main HR Digital projects at Sephora local and global levels, supporting the VP Global HR Digital in building and explaining our strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in digital transformation, change management, and innovation, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
