About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our Sales team at Bergner Europe. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and developing strong relationships with our partners and customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, in conjunction with our product portfolio.
  • Identify potential new products and lines in collaboration with customers.
  • Create new customer relationships with the aim of building and developing your own customer portfolio.
  • Manage customer projects from A-Z, providing commercial and administrative support.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Requirements

We are looking for a customer-oriented profile with experience in managing key customer accounts. Experience in the FMCG sector is an asset. Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
