Company Overview:

IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a motivated individual for a sector management internship within the agri-food sector, designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, and Negotiation (Certified Title of level 6 - Bac - recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with store representatives in the designated sector, fostering trust and providing insights on customer and competitor activities.
  • Managing product listings and enhancing visibility (including PVC, Linear, stock management, etc.).
  • Planning and executing tasting events to promote products.
  • Negotiating promotional initiatives in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Offering constructive feedback to support the company's strategic development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the retail sector is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Must possess a validated Bac or have earned ECTS credits.

Compensation:

Salary is based on a percentage of the minimum wage according to the contractual pay scale.
