MDA Performance & Consulting is actively seeking a Business Development Apprentice to join their dynamic team dedicated to digital transformation in companies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Prospecting and Development: Identify and develop a diverse client portfolio through strategic partnerships and market research.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of specific company challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Offer Presentations: Guide clients through the presentation process, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Innovation: Develop and propose strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Active Participation: Contribute to internal projects and events, driving business growth and development.
Profile Requirements:
  • Student in Business Development: Enrolled in a business school or university seeking an apprenticeship in a business development role.
  • Organization and Precision: Essential qualities for success in this role, including attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Mastery of Office Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Desired Experience: Previous experience or internship in business development would be an asset, but not required.
Conditions:
  • Required Schedule: 4 days at the company, 1 day at school, allowing for a balance between work and academic responsibilities.
  • Contract Duration: 12 to 24 months, providing a stable and long-term opportunity for growth and development.
