About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at EPHEC Alumni. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new market opportunities in candidate acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities in candidate acquisition.
  • Acquire new key clients from HR Directors, Communication/Marketing Directors, and Recruitment Directors.
  • Proactively develop relationships with major accounts and training centers.
  • Conduct thorough qualifications via phone or video calls with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to convert prospects into clients effectively.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and propose innovations to enhance client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent B2B sales skills and experience in a similar Business Developer position in a startup environment.
  • Experience in large accounts, involving extended sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with sales and technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Asana, Aircall, Notion, and Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of the software publishing sector is a plus.
  • Open, friendly, thoughtful, and analytical attitude.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement due to our growing international clientele.
