We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Systems Manager ENA F/M to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing commercial systems standards, processes, and implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Standards and Processes: Define and maintain system standards, develop system use guidance materials, and ensure hotels adhere to set standards and processes.
  • Interaction with Key Stakeholders: Support relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, regions, IT, and corporate, to ensure system requirements are met.
  • Project Management & Implementation: Execute and coordinate concurrent projects, guide CST team members, and work with RM community and hotel teams on implementation and standard setup.
  • Systems Support: Provide exceptional support to RM community/hotel teams with issues outside vendor support scope and special economical subjects impacting commercial systems.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to ensure implementation contracts are issued and signed on time, respecting optimal implementation timelines and costs.
Requirements
  • Hotel Management or Business School degree
  • +5 years operational experience in RM or Central support working with commercial systems
  • Strategic & Analytical problem solver
  • Commercial mindset & service driven
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to influence & motivate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent verbal & written French and English required
