About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Concepts Development Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Paris Ancillary Revenues Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Vice President Concepts & Products ENA in the development and evolution of all Food & Beverage concepts in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Identify, define, and manage the creation and ongoing development of all Food & Beverage concepts in the region, including concept USPs, narrative, and markers that comprise the philosophy, tone of voice, food and drinks offer, visual identity, and branding.
  • Concept Management: Create, maintain, and evolve professional, appealing, informative, and interesting concepts brand books, toolkits, and SOPs to support Accor F&B Operations, hotel operations, and ownership, to deliver market-leading F&B concepts in hotels, for renovations, conversions, and new build projects.
  • Revenue Stream Development: Define and develop F&B offers and supporting documentations and tools for non-concept related revenue streams, including breakfast, MICE, in-room dining, and grab & go, and alternative revenue streams (dark kitchens and virtual restaurants).
Main Accountabilities
  • Product Focus & Missions: Develop, evolve, and maintain F&B concepts books, toolkits, brand standards, and associated assets.
  • Brand Focus: Develop, create, and evolve the F&B offers for 'A.C.E.S' and 'Originals' concepts streams and other business-critical concepts and offers, as defined by VP C&P, ENA.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10 years' experience in concept and product development, with a strong, comprehensive understanding of F&B operations (hotel and non-hotel), and an in-depth understanding of F&B market trends.
  • International Exposure: International exposure preferable, with relevant experience in multi-country/ regional management, with a starter-finisher mindset and a high level of autonomy.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual verbal and written French & English (At least B2 in English).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
