The mission of the Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development team is to enhance the learning experience of our teams regarding existing and new processes and systems. This is achieved by utilizing innovative technology, redefining knowledge deliverables, and improving engagement with the business user community.

What key responsibilities will you undertake?

·Collaborate with user communities (functional and/or geographical) to identify training requirements and obstacles.

·Convert needs assessments into actionable enablement strategies and coordinate with other Training and Knowledge Development Advisors on shared requirements.

·Work closely with Training & Knowledge Development Specialists globally to synchronize and enhance current training offerings and system/process reference materials.

·Design and conduct training sessions for core insurance systems and processes for the user community, both virtually and in-person, employing advanced learning methodologies and tools.

·Serve as a resource for complex user inquiries regarding existing and upcoming systems.

·Assist team members by leveraging advanced knowledge of current systems and processes, as well as new systems aligned with AXA XL's strategic initiatives.

·Facilitate the transition to updated reference materials (manuals, presentations, eLearning assets, etc.) as outlined in the K&E 2026 strategy, while also maintaining existing reference tools as necessary.

·Actively contribute to the Training & Knowledge Development transformation, including the introduction of new digital capabilities through project engagement and deliverable coordination.

·Proactively foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key AXA XL stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategy, thorough needs assessment, effective educational design, and seamless execution.

·Support the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development with new or recurring tasks in a cooperative manner.

You will report to the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development.

Your Qualifications

PRESENT your expertise

We seek candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

·10-15+ years of experience as a business trainer (or related experience) focusing on instructional design and conceptual training delivery; implementing and promoting change behaviors.

·Strong understanding of insurance underwriting and implementation processes and concepts; prior experience in insurance underwriting or operations is preferred.

·Proficient technical skills and experience in utilizing new technological capabilities, particularly in e-learning and mobile training.

·Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance market, various lines of business, global insurance program solutions, and related operational tasks and procedures.

·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

·Cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively manage virtual (remote) and diverse teams.
