About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer to join our team. As a Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining data pipelines used to train our climate risk assessment models. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to develop and deploy our models, and collaborate with DevOps engineers to put them into production.
Your key missions will include setting up and automating data connections, data preparation, model training, and data storage processes. You will also be responsible for setting up data storage, processing, and visualizing tools, and participating in tech stack selection and discussions with tech partners.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and automate data connections to external and internal APIs
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
- Set up and manage data storage processes
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to put models into production
- Participate in tech stack selection and discussions with tech partners
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Science Engineer with experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and containerization.
