Each month, nearly 2.5 million unique visitors actively explore organizations, apply for positions, and engage with our original media and content. Our influence extends beyond our platform, resonating with a community of 1.7 million followers across various social media channels.

In the context of organizational development and global expansion, you will play a crucial role as a Lead People Strategist. You will engage both operationally and strategically, providing extensive people support to the business and teams within your area, while fostering an outstanding employee experience.

As a seasoned and trusted advisor, you will be the primary contact for your designated scope, actively contributing to the employee journey—from onboarding to career advancement and potential offboarding. You will also cultivate a fair and inclusive environment where teams can thrive through continuous improvement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee critical business sectors including Editorial & Marketing, as well as Product, Data & Technology teams.
  2. With a deep understanding of these teams, serve as the main HR contact, guiding employees through essential stages of their journey—from onboarding and performance evaluations to compensation reviews, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  3. Take ownership of all people-related matters in your area, proactively addressing challenges and facilitating effective communication between employees and management.
  4. Provide expert guidance to People Managers at all levels, including senior leadership, on daily management issues, organizational design, individual performance assessments, promotions, learning needs, and compensation strategies.
  5. Lead internal mobility initiatives, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates, in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team.
  6. Work alongside the People Operations team to manage disciplinary actions within your area.
  7. Assist employees with daily inquiries, offering guidance on learning and development opportunities, and helping them navigate their career progression within the organization.
  8. Implement high-impact programs aimed at scaling and developing a global approach.
  9. Design, implement, and manage new initiatives for our teams to enhance the employee experience (such as improving performance feedback processes and actively participating in high-potential programs).
  10. Conduct rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs to inform program or process impact assessments.

Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. A comprehensive background in various HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, legal, compensation & benefits. You are equipped to address a wide range of subjects and share your insights and recommendations.
  3. Ability to build trust and develop strong working relationships at all organizational levels. You utilize data to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  4. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  5. Experience in an international organization.
  6. Strong organizational skills. You know how to prioritize tasks and adhere to processes.
