Your Impact:

This pivotal regional position involves cultivating relationships and collaborating with business leaders throughout Europe. Serving as one of two Senior HR Business Partners for our 13 European nations, this role demands extensive technical knowledge paired with high emotional intelligence. It is designed for an experienced HR professional who is adept at providing data-driven insights and formulating talent strategies that facilitate and promote the long-term development of our workforce.

Senior People Business Partners engage directly with the business in a consultative capacity, identifying talent requirements and critical skill shortages, forecasting and crafting plans for organizational development and internal mobility, and spearheading strategic, project-based people initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a collaborative partner within a dynamic international Human Resources team, serving as a role model and offering coaching and mentorship for professional development to both the business and emerging HR professionals.
  • Deliver top-tier HR support for our Go To Market (GTM) operations across Europe.
  • Utilize HR expertise to design, recommend, and implement complex HR programs and policies, merging strategic insight with tactical execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional business leaders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance teams on workforce and succession planning.
  • Establish key talent metrics and KPIs to assess performance within the organization, proactively identifying areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Employ a data-driven methodology to analyze trends, inform strategic decisions, and implement actions aimed at enhancing productivity and retention.
  • Adapt organization-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Support cyclical processes including performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and global engagement surveys.
  • Act as a thought leader, working closely with our Talent Development team to design programs for high-potential employees and key talent.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to ensure compensation aligns with market standards.
  • Design and implement change management efforts and communication strategies related to HR and other organizational programs.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations, partnering with internal and external legal counsel as necessary.
  • Work in conjunction with our People shared services and Centers of Excellence to ensure best practices and a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in making critical decisions regarding internal policies and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Represent the company in engagements with the French Works Council.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven Human Resources leader with a decade of progressive experience in an HR business partner capacity, ideally within a global or technology-focused environment.

Education: A university degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in French is essential for collaboration with the French Works Council.
  • Fluent in English, if not a native speaker.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational acumen, capable of building relationships across the organization and quickly understanding organizational dynamics.
  • A trusted advisor who can effectively engage stakeholders in challenging discussions, challenge assumptions, and present alternative solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organizational design, staffing, learning and development practices, and employment law.
  • Ability to synthesize information and provide consultative or hands-on problem-solving support.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate organizational strategies into actionable HR goals.
  • Agility to navigate tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management principles to effectively organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
  • Resilience in managing change, ambiguity, and risk in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to motivate others and maintain high morale and productivity in the face of challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS (SuccessFactors is advantageous), and ATS platforms (iCIMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on problem-solving and prevention.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global corporate environment.
  • Background in supporting a GTM function and working with sales leaders.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and technology sector.
