Position: IT Business Relationship Manager

Within the IT Department at SUEZ Group, specifically in the SI Finance/Achats Groupe and Recyclage & Valorisation France Service, the SAP & Ivalua Competence Center plays a crucial role in overseeing, enhancing, and implementing the Group's software applications across a diverse application landscape:

  • ERP SAP S/4HANA encompassing FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR modules
  • SAP BW on Hana for decision-making processes
  • SAP ECC on Hana (FI/CO/FSCM modules)
  • SAP Business One
  • Concur system
  • P2P system utilizing the Ivalua platform

This department is structured into four specialized teams:

  • Solutions and Project Portfolio: includes functional leads, solution managers, and project managers engaged in both Run and Build activities
  • SAP BI Solutions: comprises SAP specialists in Datawarehouse & EPM solutions
  • Operations: features technical experts in Security, Infrastructure, Business Continuity, development, integration, and contract management
  • Business Relationship and Change Management

The IT Business Relationship Manager is tasked with fostering the connection between the SAP/Ivalua IT teams and business users. The primary objective is to facilitate effective communication and relationship management to ensure that SAP IT initiatives align with the strategic goals and requirements of the organization.

  • Forge and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders across various business sectors to promote collaboration and alignment of objectives
  • Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and educated about IT initiatives, updates, and accomplishments
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance communication and cooperation between IT teams and business units
  • Oversee the documentation repository of the SAP/Ivalua Competence Center, including project deliverables, quality assurance documentation, training materials, and more

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive knowledge of project management frameworks
  • Experience with SAP environments and modules (FI/CO/PS/SD/MM/HR)
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within an IT team or a complex IT project setting
  • Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management capabilities and proficiency in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-informed decisions
