About the Role

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a skilled Pentester (F/M/X) to join our team of technical experts. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our IT systems by identifying vulnerabilities through penetration testing and providing concrete corrective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities in our applications, including Web, Mobile, and API applications.
  • Develop and propose effective security measures to protect our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure security is considered throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop security tools and training programs to enhance the security awareness of our teams.
  • Participate in defining security standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of security.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in penetration testing.
  • Strong interest in IT security and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in market tools such as BURP and Metasploit, as well as a good understanding of Web and mobile technologies.
